Customized Yoga
Customized yoga (or personalized yoga) tailors yoga practices to an individual’s unique body, goals, health conditions, and limitations, unlike generic classes, by modifying poses, sequencing, and focus (e.g., for injury recovery, stress relief, strength) to create a safe, effective, and holistic experience for optimal well-being.
